Grand Crowne Travel Not providing expected travel discounts Ripoff Branson Missouri

After high pressure sales tactics, we purchased a membership with Grand Crowne Leisure. They stated we could expect huge discounts on our travels, specifically a low price of $500 for our 10 day 25th Anniversary vacation in Hawaii . Boy was that a scam.
We have tried using this membership a couple of times but always found a better deal on the internet that they couldn't match.
We also must pay a yearly membership fee of $149 but haven't received any benefits from our membership.
We would be willing to participate in any class action law suit against Grand Crowne Leisure.

Our company is surprised by these member's comments, since they have never previously sent a complaint to us for review and we have never had the opportunity to try and address their concerns; therefore, we do not feel it is fair they posted these comments without giving us a chance to assist them with their concerns. Our records indicate they have made travel bookings using their membership benefits. Our agents provided prompt and courteous service to these requests. At this time, we encourage them to contact our company to discuss their concerns.
