WOW! Just like years ago when eBay stopped allowing Sellers to give a Negaive or Nuetral Feedback for the Buyer's Ratings. But Buyers can give a Negative, Neutral or Postitive. Sellers can ONLY give a Positive. IS THERE ANY INTEGRITY IN THIS? NO there is not. If mean, cranky people can trash you on THEIR bad day, because you can't, they will lie and spread meaness in the world. Just like what I have found here on my company, on this OOOOO WILD named website. Turns out that the client, in several ways, breached our contract, way before I needed to end it. I did nothing wrong, and here we are. 

Aslo, in the same way Lee Miller found an old FAKE negative report on Yelp, about my company, then Lee thinks she can DOUBLE her lies here. What a mess.

 Yelp has another very poor report on this business. Unprofessional and dishonest per that report. Look me up on all my dealings particularly on the business connection site Linked In.. So folks make up your own minds.

I am correcting a mean dishonest report by Lee. When I meet with potencial clients I assess if there is enough at the estate to cover time and helpers. There barely was, in this situation I ask if a client is agreeable to a minimum amount in earnings for my company. She eagerly signed the contract. 

I let her know that I do estates after all people have moved out. 

Weeks later, as I arrived on Monday the 7, she did not intend to move out. She also, informed me of several big items that were no longer in the sale, and several other large items on the first floor, a friend wanted to buy. That left hardly anything on the first floor. Two bedroom were now empty. I was concerned, but decided to explore the rest of the house with her for several hours...TRUST WAS LOST! THAT IS MOSTLY WHY I AM NOT WORKING WITH HER.

IN A SMALL, TWO STORY SPACE:

* Now the refrigerator, in our agreement and in my ad for several weeks, was now in the agreement with her Realtor.

* Several pieces of art were now being kept.

* A large volume of ceramic dish pieces, which I had had in my ads for weeks, she was now keeping. She could leave only two or three.

* The dining table, antique china cabinet and another art piece, would go to a friend. What is left for the ad and sale? Two worn couches and misc little items of decor or items from the kitchen.

* Also, the 55" newer flatscreen was going to go to a friend she was doning a trade with. 

* This sale was quickly shrinking. Let along, that she had done nothing to isolate the things she wanted to keep.

I stayed a few hours the first day as, together, we went through the entire house...I hoped more good items would be found. There was more but, clothes & books etc don't make for an estate sale. The "treasured" items were mostly gone. THERE WAS NO LONGER ANY TRUST IN HER.

As for the kitchen. We both cleared and sorted all that was there. That's what happens when you do a sale. She did not ask if I could help with the kitchen as she escorted me to the door. I would have helped, and even gave her options for liquidating her belongings. She already had buyers for a lot of the big items. I still help people even if we do not work together.

I politely told her that there would be hardly any money made for her, with my minimum taking most of the proceeds. This was in her favor (along with other ideas).
