We are a very small business, however, provide exceptional work. We are left holding invoices for OVER 1 YEAR OLD NOW!! The property mgmt at Killian Hills and The Avenues are a joke! The invoices total over $15,000 and we cannot even get a response from Greenleaf. If you are a sub contractor...DO NOT WORK for them! Take my advice. When Brian was at the Avenues we were able to get paid, but the crazy lady that replaced him (she is gone now too), was unbearable to work with.
