I found this retailer online and ordered a custom pool table in September, 2009. They talked me into wiring $2850 to them and promised deliver in 6-8 weeks. 1 1/2 years later I have no pool table or a refund.

I went back and forth with Marq Sears, owner of the company, and he made several promises to provide a table or refund my money. I am now unable to get in touch with him and there was no pool table delivered or refund provided. I submitted a claim with the Attorney General and they said they couldn't do anything.
