We had a remodel of a room done by gruda/Luigj Berishaj. He took as many future payments as possible and took off. He continually lied about filing for permits and did unlicensed electrical and plumbing work. He posed as a licensed electrician and snuck in plumbing work when we were not home because he did not want to pay for a plumber.

We endured lies, work stops, poor workmanship, arguments and he refuses to answer to town and county violations. He took us for a lot of money in poor workmanship, work not done and reimbursements.
