The "theft" info given is false. The person filing the complaint subsequently acknowledged receipt the same day as complaining. Unfortunately, emails are not 100% reliable for communications, but am glad that the person did receive the product. UPS and FedEx can take up to 10 days to deliver and they do sometimes deliver to the wrong address (just leaving it at the door). Of the thousands and thousands of sales, there will be communication problems and delivery delays time to time.
What is false?
The person named is wrong and the address given by "John" of Dallas is also false (it is the address of a vacant house).
"John" of Dallas is a relative of "Justin" and filed this as a retaliation to Justin previously filing a sworn complaint against John in court a few years ago. It is unfortunate that this web site does nothing to prevent false claims against people as a means to attempt to expose the person to identity theft. Justin is a relative of two employees of the business.
"John" is Judge John Ovard and is one of the most bigoted, sexist, lazy and corrupt judge in the US. Justin and two other relatives of his gave sworn complaint in court of his boasting of misconduct - for which "John" continually attempts retaliation. As a note, 41 of "John's" fellow judges just got booted out of office (Nov 06) by voters - mainly due to their connection to him. None of this has to do with the company DFWX - other than in the past the DFWX web site also hosted volumes of materials of the corrupt actions of "John" on the Internet.
