This company sent us a letter stating that there was unclaimed assets and the for 30% the could recover the funds. We sent in the paperwork, they did not collect anything up front. They say it will take 3 to 4 months to recover the funds. Then we call them after 4 months and they wont return the call. I found there site and sent them an email and they state that they file BK on 6-26-11. I try to search and cannot find any proof they filed bankruptcy. It looks like they took the money even though they state they never collected.
