GWS Auctions LLC CAVEAT EMPTOR - Auction Company deceives Bidders Palm Desert, California

I bid on an item that was advertised to be in perfect condition ( jewelry ) and arrived in a condition, that would have been declared by any reputable auction house as fair.

The damage was obvious to the naked eye and when the auction company was contacted, the following statement was made:
<b>It left our Auction House in mint condition - It must have happened during transport!!</b>

That clearly shows a deceptive intention, as the item was delivered in an intact package without any outside damage.
To add insult to injury, the images posted for auction purposes showed, upon close inspection after the fact, an indication of the actual damage to the item.

A promised refund was not issued and  the Credit Card company had to intervene to retrieve the funds. The return shipping portion was not reimbursed as per my request.

DO NOT CONDUCT any online business with this Auction Company an save yourself a Headache.
