Handi-Tech Company Badgered 90 yr old woman for payment of saran wrap ($60)that was never ordered or even received. Muncie Indiana

My friend is a 90 yr. old woman who is being charged for saran wrap that she never ordered nor did she receive. All we have is an invoice for payment. It went ignored at my recommendation as I advised her that they have no recourse or proof. However, they call periodically and threaten her for non-payment. When other people answer her phone or talk to the rep on my friends behalf, they quickly hang up. I got their phone number from one of the listers on your site and called them, but they wouldn't talk to me. Shameful and illegal.
