I receive calls daily saying I have placed orders when I have not. I recently rec'd 128 bulbs which they say I ordered and did not. I am shipping them back but they say they are turning the matter over to a collection agency. I think they are affiliated with the same people in Arizona that call from various #'s: All beging with 602-424 & nbrs such as 0353 & others. Many calls which I no long answer say UNKNOWN NAME/unknown number, but it is always some one claiming to be their collectors.
If there is any way to protect others from these people, I will be most happy to help!

What the heck are you going to use all those light bulbs for? We get stuff sent to us (our business) all the time. Usually it is from companies that call with an offer and we say no, they send it out anyhow.
Once my husband accepted it thinking it was something else he had ordered and was expecting that day. They claimed because we accepted the package that we owed them. Yeah, right. They kept calling and demand that we pay or send it back. I told them to send out UPS to pick it up, and they wanted us to pay shipping. I said it was here and if they want it back come and get it, but you can't prove in anyway that I ordered it.
What a bunch of idiots! Tell them the same thing- come and get it. That should send out ups or whatever, that way they can't claim that you ordered it, later sent it back and you still owe them money.

Further to my initial complaint, I followed up by contacting the FTC @ ftc.gov which gave me an toll free number to call:
1-877-382-4357.
I was told while they cannot give details, others have called about this same company.
I think it might add fuel to the fire for other victims to do the same. You will be given a reference number.
