Happy Homers AKA RICHARD AMUDIPE AKA RICHARD SWARTZ took $2,500 of my hard earned money. He said he could save my home from foreclosure and took my money never called my bank, never returned my calls. I lost my house because of him, I am a single mother of 3 and now we are living in a shelter.

If you had $2,500.00, why didn't you put it towards your house instead of giving it to someone else? Your story is short, and lacking details. I smell a rat.

The poster of this report is Scott Sulzman also known as Scott Atkins; a professional scam artist who defrauded me and my partner of $26,000 and has decided to try to slow our attempts to bring him to justice by false and damaging remarks about me and my company.
Firstly, on my website and in my line of work, I don't do loan modification or Short sales or promise to save anyone from foreclosure
Secondly, I dare the individual who posted this ad to come forward and reveal themselves and details about this deal in which i took money from them. As you can see on the ad, the individual cannot seem to make up their mind as to what their name is. Two names are given; Moe and Mary. Moe-Mary or Mary-Moe please come forth with evidence so that the world can verify your claims.
