Beware of these two scam artist. They are husband and wife but they both are scam artists. Their name is David burnham and Tiffany Burnham, they're in Corona area. They offer you loan modification programs and once they got your money they just gone, they never delivered. They also do illegal stuffs like fake bank statements, fake pay stubs, fake ID, fake W2/Tax return report and etc. Just be aware, hopefully my experience can help others.
