My father's credit card was charged $49.95 for 14 months and received no goods or services for this charge. When I recently started helping him with his bill payments i noticed this charge. After inquiring with HCP Gold they stated that they mailed him a discount card for this recurring fee. He never received a discount card or any other goods or services. They would not refund the money to his credit card.
