This company is a joke.  They pick and choose which cliams they want to pay you on and find any excuse not to pay.  They push their sales agents to sell these supplemental plans and then refuse payment.  They also hire people out of the country in their so called claims department but they just read off a screen.  When you request to speak to someone in the US; they get very nasty.  There are better supplemental companies out there that cover many things and do not have problems paying thier claims in a very short time unlike Chesapeake which takes 2-3 weeks to pay out on a simple claim.
