I have been harrased with bills and letters over the years stating non payment although subscription was always paid for. I even sometimes paid numerous times :( not anymore paid in Oct. for 1 year of Cosmo girl and am still being hassled. I sent numerous letters stating that sub. was paid. I even provided proof. Now bills have become more frequent. Hearst Corp are a rip off !

I was contacted by a Hearst representative who informed me that my subscription will end next Oct since they finally acknoledged receipt of payment. To answer ? no I at no time rec'vd 2 magazines from Hearst.

If you are getting two magazines most likely there are two accounts at your address, it can easily be fixed. If its a problems where you are no receiving two but you have been charged twice call and ask if someone if it shows you've been credited if not tell them you have the statement and can fax it to them, they'll give u the info!
