Helling Realty and Investment Dale Helling conned me into investing money and did not deliver the interest payment he promised on the investment Winter Park, Florida

My initial investment with Dale Helling of Helling Realty and Investment was in 1995.  I received K1 forms, most years, showing interest "earned" on the investments.  On numerous occasions, I've called and written letters to request distribution of the investments, including the interest earned, and have been put off, ignored and unable to reach a "live" person on the phone. 

I have contacted the States Atty General's Office of FL, along with the IRS Fraud Department and have received no response from Helling.  It appears he is running a Ponzi scheme and has ripped of numerous investors.  He needs to be held accountable!
