dad died and i assumed the deposit shifted to mom's room. mom died and now they say they have to rent his room before returning 66k. very deceiving. dad paid 1500.00 monthly, mom 6250.00 monthly. somehow it just doesn't add up. the girl in sales said his apartment should sell quickly. when i asked if they have shown it she said yes. dad died 2 years ago and now all of a sudden it will sell?

Diane I am a reputation consultant and what I try to do was take unfortunate situations and turn them into positive situations and sometimes it takes a little time to do that and that’s what I’m trying to do in your case. I’ve already talk to Henry Ford Village and one of Director of the facility is going to call me back and we’re going to look into the situation and resolve it please be patient and they will call you after they and I talk. Please work with me my name is Stick and I will do whatever I can to help you as well as The henry ford retirement village. Sometimes things take a little longer than we desire I understand where you’re coming from and I’m sure that I can get a positive outcome from what I’m going to do to help resolve this issue.
