I would like people to know Herbal-smoke-shop.com is a site that will steal the money from them.

I Like to smoke but it isn't that simple to get something good to smoke plus it is totally illegal in France. But this site offers you to buy legal smoke !!! Isn't that great ? They make it look like they are very serious people who sell high quality products but they aren't.

I ordered them for over 170$, they received the money on november 21st, since then I have been trying to contact them but there seems to be no way to get an answer from them.

Of course somebody will come to make a rebuttal but don't get fooled by this, they will steal your money.

Customer,

If you live OUTSIDE THE USA, your order must pass through your country's customs. This can take up to 8 weeks, but usually happens in 2-3. If the above timeframe has past, PLEASE simply contact us via the contact form on our website, OR by responding to your receipt, and we would be MORE THAN HAPPY to assist you, by reshipping, OR refunding your money. We ship all mail orders within 2 business days of reception, and CANNOT control the time customs takes to clear and ship your package to you once it leave the USA. Customs sometimes is fast, sometimes is slow. We are not FRENCH customs, we are based in the USA so I cannot give you an exact timeframe. Since it is herbs that you are importing, there is a time they need to "freeze" them to make sure they are not bringing in any foreign insects, etc which is called a "quarantine period". This is common in almost any country when importing any type of plant species/genus. Any other questions, feel free to contact us 24/7 at globallifeinc@gmail.com

Regarding your other remarks, keep in mind we ship 30,000+ packages a MONTH and have a 99.9% customer satisfaction ratio! That is less than 1 complaint in 1000 customers! That is better customer service than WALMART!
