I bought Hide My A** (HMA VPN) one year subscription under their 30 day money back guarantee. I used the service for only a week and since the service did not work well for me, I requested for a refund. Annual subscription fee I paid was $59.99. Hide My A** refused to issue me a full refund stating some non sense terms that I am not able to verify myself. They charged me 3 months subscription fee of (3x$9.99) = $29.97 and returned me only $30.02. This company is fraud trying to steal money from customers.
