Hipcor Marketing is the company I purchased the online coarse from to get training to become a Web Promotion Specialist. The entire program is a scam in that the training you get does not work as shown in the training videos. The company does not provide placement with Fortune 500 companies as promised. Anyone looking at these complaints should also read those about Computer Career Institute.
