I answered a craigslist ad for becoming a home inspector, I spoke to Steve Peroz and his hard sell was very convincing and was all about how their company Home inspections of America would send me leads for home inspections in my area. I was told that I would receive more leads than I could probably handle and that I did not have to accept all leads. It cost I belive it was 149$ and for that I got a web site, business cards, and liabiolity insurance, I had already completed most of my innernachi home inspection course so that was a moot point that they included the training, I talked to the owner on the phone and told him that I hadnt received any leads and that I felt like his program was an odds in numbers game, meaning, that they literally provided no leads but were all about collecting the initial fee from unsuspecting people looking for work in a very difficult economy, I put out around 200 between Home Inspections of america and innernachi to finish my course . All this being said, I received not one lead, and when they made my web site it was not even in the area that I lived , the gal at the office fixed that but still now leads, I did get a scam lead someond that wanted to steal money from me but not a single lead through this company. I tried calling David Knudsen and emailed Steve Peroz and got no return emails or calls. I can simply say beware of this company they are all about collecting money and not really intending to send leads to theri inspectors, Its a joke and I shoiuld have known better. Steve Peroz will not let you get a word in edgwise and is all aobut signing you up and moving on to the next vidtim,  do not buy their bill of goods, I promise yoiu will get nothing but a box of business cards , a funky website , and a recurring bill of 59$ a month for absolutely nothing, as what good is insurance , a blanket policy, if your not doing any inspections,  Total Joke Beware!!!!!
