This is a small bank that is trying to get into the mortgage market, but does not have any clue what they are doing. They have a different person running the division every week. They don't know how to train anyone. They take about two weeks just to pull credit. They don't pay the employees when they owe them money. Avoid doing business with them unless you want to wait for weeks for answers. Avoid working for them at any cost. Home Savings of America sucks.
