During the month of , October 2017, I experienced lots of horn problems with my : 2013 Honda Civic. I have visited this car dealership and previously was happy with the service department. Except for certain male Hispanic adult. He deliberately lied to me. He informed me the previous problem that was causing my air bag light to go on was my water bottle on the front passenger seat. This turned out to be a lie.

The problem was a after market computer wrongly installed. So this is when Ms. Kim Nguyen was honest . She is the one who helped me find a reliable mechanic. Note: We all know how people change. So recently I brought the car in for a car horn problem. The mechanic claimed he could not duplicate the problem.  The horn would go on then go off.

Now this is when , Kim's true colors showed. Like most employees at a dealership, she wanted to take advantage. In stead of finding and fixing the car horn problem what this con artist do? She persuaded me to get certain fluids and filters changed. She pressed the severe urgency like most con artist do. This con artist then had service department charge me: $900.00.

Then as I drove the car , the none competant mechanics must have put a temporary fix on the car horn to make it go back on. Why? So I would have to come back and spent more money.  So I did. The horn stopped again. Now Kim Nguyen loved all this power and influence she had over me. Perhaps realizing her none mechanics were only putting a temporary fix on the horn problem. She then conviced me her expert and top mechanic suggested a certain wire this would fix the horn problem.

Her top expert mechanic saw this kind of a problem before. This mystery wire or coil wire installed I never saw. Yet again it must have only been a deliberate temporary fix so I would have to come back the forth time. Now this so far costs: $900.00 none horn problem related. Then for the mystery wire or coil I never saw? Supposedly : Ms. Kim Nguyen had been speaking to the very top and highest top above all mechanic experts. So most recently I brought the car back.

I showed Kim Nguyen Service Advisor the horn was not working. Then she called her friend . A male Hispanic adult. He played with the horn and must have found out where to touch and play with the horn to mysteriously make it go back on. Now: The biggest fraud of all. The porter or who ever drove the car to the mechanic shop deliberately turned the car off. Now this was done so the top expert mechanic could not even find the problem. Because the top expert of all the mechanics told : Kim Nguyen the car had to be on.

So why didn't she tell the idiot to leave the car on? So I asked her about this. The excuse. The porters drive cars up. They must be off. ?????  This according to scam artist : Service advisor : Kim Nguyen, is standard procedure, for porters to drive a car up to the mechanic shop and turn it off. Yet, why didn't she tell him to leave it on if this is what the top expert mechanic wanted to trouble shoot the car problem????? Or are the facts. Not to find the car problem to get more money???

I don't think they even worked on the car. They perhaps parked it some where and went through the motions as though they worked on the car. Why? So I would be compelled to bring the car back a fourth time. Now they can charge more money. A good mechanic should be able to find a horn problem the first time. All this rip off mechanic did with the help of: Kim Nguyen was put a temporary fix on the problem. Why??? To obviously to get more money. The dealership has lots and lots and lots of negative reviews on : Yelp. Kim Nguyen has a agenda for getting on a first name basis.

The art of befriending. Ex convicts use this technique to scam people all the time. I'm in Loma Linda, Calif. The horn is out. Kim Nguyen and her worthless none mechanic or in Westminister, Calif. The car still has a horn problem. The owner of the car dealership does not care. They are proud of the mechanic and worthless lame duck: Kim Nguyen using the befriending technique. Now also: On the third type the car was brought back , she wants to get into this worthless trash talk: ( Lets hope and pray he fixed it). If he was a real mechanic it would have been fixed the first time. 

No money in fixing it right the first time. So by milking and or getting more and more money out of the customer this is what its all about.  According to this scam artist : Kim Nguyen , the expert mechanic took out the rear deffoger relay and replaced it with the horn relay . This is a experiment. The expert mechanic wants to experiement , yet he is not sure?  Should'nt a expert top Honda mechanic be able to find the car problem the first time??? Yes. They don't care that I dont have the car horn working.

They want me to bring the car back over and over and over to get more money. Because the none expert mechanic can't seem to fix the horn problem right the first time. They dont care I have appointments. Can you imagine a service advisor like: Kim Nguyen telling a customer: " Lets hope and pray its fixed".  This is what she said.  ( no.lie.m.r.i ). "Lets Hope And Pray The Mechanic Fixed The Car." Then she wants to use touch of the top of the hand technique. She probably uses this technique all the time. Thats why she uses the befriending technique. The first name basis trash.  Bad customer service.
