said they could help reduce our interest rate, told us to pay them and not the bank, to only deal with them not the bank, it put us way behind and they took thousandsof dollars, now the bank is pissed and we are out money and way behind on our payments and can't get intouch with anyone about what they are doing. looks like they lied and took our money and we may lose our home
