THE OWNER OF THIS HOTEL WILL ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING AND CANCEL IT IF SHE GETS A BETTER DEAL.
I SECURED MY BOOKING THRU BOOKING.COM USING MY AMEX AND SHE DID NOT ASK FOR ANOTHER CARD. SHE SENT ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND WHEN WE ARRIVED (7PM) SHE HAD CANCELED OUR ROOMS AND GIVE THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
THANKS TO BOOKING.COM WE FOUND A GOOD PLACE TO STAY IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE BUT SHE WOULD HAVE TOTALLY RUINED OUR VACATION!
SHE IS PREJUDICED AND CALLED ME A "HISTERIQUE AMERICANE" AND WHEN I SAID I WAS NOT AMERICAN SHE SAID:"YOU MUST BE JEWISH", I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT AND WANT NO ONE ELSE TO GO THRU THIS. IT WAS HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
