I received a loan for $1000 11/2016. It is now 4/2017 and I am STILL paying after a biweekly payment of $264 since then!! This means that the interest rate is over 0.  Of course there is never a direct person to contact to verify when it will end. I am about to block their direct deposit withdrawal.
