Hypercel and its affiliates failed to pay tradeshow model, breach of contract and offensive responses towards model.
President and VP of the company failed to communicate properly and professionaly.
Untruthful and deceptive contract and ad post.
Failed to provide correct information about legal services for the company.
Sam Onda ignored phone calls as did Paula. Tanya was offensive in emails and was untruthful about signed contract.

We apologize you feel this way. We understand you are upset for being sent home a little earlier than expected. Our company paid you in full for the hours you worked at the trade show. Yes, you were sent home early due to the show being very slow, but paid for the hours you worked. Sam, Paula and Tanya answered all phone calls and replied to all of your emails in a professional manner. If you feel like we were offensive, please contact us at our office number and we will gladly try and straighten everything out.
