I completed 2 offers at www.freeminidv.com, and was approved for the free gift. when I check my status in their website, it says:
" You have been approved by the sponsor(s). Your redemption certificate was been processed on Oct 05, 2004. Your free gift will be mailed out within 6 to 8 weeks of the processing date.

-- Thank you. "
But they never sent out the gift they promised on their website. So they just won't send the promised gift to you, even though I completed the offers, and they said they will send. Can they do this?
