I ordered a cup from this company, received an email advising the order had been confirmed. The money was removed from my account on March 22, 2016. As of this date May 12, 2016, I have not received the cup that I ordered. I have tried contacting this company by e-mail several times and have never received any type of response.

IceBerg Cups I ordered online with the company in 04/2016 for a tumbler then ordered off Amazon later in the year and have never received either cup. When I ordered from Amazon I wasn't aware it was the same company. Their site is unable to be contacted and no number. Internet
