ICM websites - internet cash machines asked for a $2.95 I agreed then charged my account $139.00 gave me 3 days to cancell but I didn't even notice till a week later and they wouldn't refund me. Said it was in the fine print. Internet

I signed up to get info on an internet business was supose to cost 2.95 Never recieved the info was expecting it to come in snail mail I had paid for shipping. Noticed that they made another charge of $139.00 and called they said it was to late I had passed the time I had to cancel. I still don't know what the business was all about. Ended up hanging up on they wanted to give me half a refund but I said no I didn't buy anything. I never saw anything about this charge I just wanted the info on a businesss I could do from home for the 2.95 shipping. What a joke to much of this stuff going on on the internet!

They said they refunded on 18th after my report but as of 10:00 pm on the 19th there is still no refund showing on my statement.
