I was paying our telephone and there was an unusual charge and after calling ATT discovered that this one charge was for a company stating we used directory assistance, the charge was $4.99 and tax was added totaling $7.14. There are only 3 people in the office so I thought I would follow it up and found it was a company listed with a fraud/Ripoff and so I phoned the Telephone co again and they finally agreed to remove this charge. I wanted them to, not just remove the charge, but investigate. This is a terrible way to get lots of our $ and we will have to keep a close watch.
