Just noticed a charge of $33.10 on my Jan phone bill for Liberty Online Services, Inc. Didn't have any idea what this was for. Called Bell South and they took the Jan charge off. This had also been billed in Nov and Dec. I called ILD, was told I had agreed to these services by phone. I never agree to anything like this by phone. Finally was told my service would be cancelled and one month credited to me.

This is a big Rip OFF.
