Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company will call any Dr's office awarded a BEST or TOP DOCTOR by the magazine.They will send you an award plaque for $150 and bill you un-endingly until you pay. My office admin gave this telemarketers our street address without knowing what would happen.
Please take the time to inform your office staff about this new variation on the office toner cartidge scam. Why we should have to spend time defending ourselves is beyond me, but beware in in the news award plaques.

I am not pleased to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. However, I had a couple of questions about your "report". First of all - I know we 10s of 1000s of clients in the state of Georgia, but I have never heard of Myton, GA. Where is that located? You should have a 6 digit refernce # - if you provide that I can get more specific information about your account. Did your admin show you the faxed/email "Letter of Guarantee" confirming the order that was placed? We send out a confirmation of the order any time and order is put in the system. We do this as a courtesy to our clients - just to make sure there is no confusion that a plaque was ordered and being shipped. We also do this because we are the only ones who lose money when a plaqued is made, shipped and then returned. The "scam" you propose doesnt even make sense in theory - why would we make a custom plaque, just for you, and ship it to you at our own expense, unless it was ordered. We are only profitable if we our customers pay for the products/services we provide - so why would we send custom plaques to people who dont want then or wouldn't pay for them? No company could stay in business like that.
We, on the other hand, have been in business for over 22 years and have an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau. We work with doctors ,lawyers, professional athletes, musical artists, etc. all over the country and we provide a beautiful, high quality product.
That being said, it still bothers me that you had an unpleasant experience with us. I realize that you "cant please all the people, all the time" - but if there is anything I can do to make you feel a little better about my company or your experience with us, please let me know.
