in the swim and commercial fabrics i ordered a spa cover for my spa. i gave the exact mesurements and model #,which comes with a stereo, they did not cut out for the speakers and now don't want to fix the problem.. three hundred dollar Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
i would have thought the company making the cover would have called to verify instructions before even starting to "custom make" a spa cover. all they had to do is look up the model and it shows humps on the back corners for the speakers. now i have to take it to an upholstery shop and see if i can get it fixed to fit my spa!!!

DO NOT DO BUISSINESS WITH IN THE SWIM ON LINE!!! I have been sent to collections because i refuse to pay for a cover that doesn't fit. they say i didn't order it right the model says it all "neptune series" dynasty spa.. look it up,,,it comes standard with a stereo in it.. they think i should pay full price,,it costs me 150.00 to have it cut right...it is also a cheap peice of crap,,poorly sewn and i can't even use my lift for the cover!!!

here,s my update....since this report, they have sent me to collections... i just had the cover cut to fit at a local shop and it cost me a hundred dollars,and that was at a discount... this guy does upholstery on anything and told me he would have made it better for 300.00.. he also said this material is junk!!!! i,ll be lucky if it lasts one summer!!!!!!!! very thin material.. soo,, needless to say i will not do buissiness with in the swim and that's too bad for them since i over the last five years i have purchased a lot of stuff....
