Received a phone call to see if I was interested in making money from home. All I had to do was fax them homes for sale. Only $99 for the material. After receiving the booklet I called and left a message on their voice mail that I received the booklet, they never answer, always leave a message.
Couple of days went by, I received another call from another person wanting me to buy $7500 of cards to be sent out to sellers, I was getting alittle frustrated especially since there was no training involved. The man convinced me that I should invest something in my business since I would be making alot of money, He asked me what I could afford. I told him that I was retired, didn't have any money. Asked me for a credit card no. He got me for $600. I have called and left several messages. Not returning my calls, just want my money back, I am not working.

I can only speak on behalf of Infinity Wealth Group. The other companies that were mentioned are separate companies. Dee signed up with Infinity Wealth Group on 11/8/07 through one of our representatives. We, meaning Infinity Wealth Group, simply give clients the opportunity to change their current situation. Our company policy is to make sure that all of our clients have all of their questions answered so they can make an educated financial decision, and to truly see if this opportunity is right for them. In the end, it is 100% the clients decision weather to move forward or not. Nothing could/can be forced upon these clients. That is also why we carry a strict QA department and record every conversation. We do take a high volume of calls throughout the day. Unfortunately we might not get to everyone's calls. At the same time, we do strongly believe in customer service, and return any calls that may have been missed. We, once again meaning Infinity Wealth Group, do not do ANY transactions for anything over $268.00. It is to my surprise that Dee is stating that we were asking for $7500.00 and then charged $600.00 being that based on our merchant set up it would be literally impossible. We here at Infinity Wealth Group truly believe in striving to meet our client's expectations. We were never contacted by this client to even get the opportunity to resolve this matter, and with that being said it is very unfortunate that this report was made. Once again I can ONLY speak for Infinity Wealth Group, being that we are a separate company. I have no problem refunding this client from Infinity Wealth Group ($99.00). All the client ever had to do was just contact us. As for the other companies, we are separate so I cannot state on their behalf.
