*REBUTTAL Owner of company: John Did Not Buy A Healthy Vending Business From InstaHealthy.
Ryan sells you a Dream of owning healthy vending machines. He provides horrible locations and service. you might as well take you money and burn it. I don’t think anyone he has sold this opportunity to has been successful. Another scam. By a con artist.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
John Did Not Buy A Healthy Vending Business From InstaHealthy.
AUTHOR: InstaHealthy - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, March 06, 2018
Mr. Kossman did not purchase a Healthy Vending business from InstaHealthy, nor was he scammed or ripped off. He purchased 3 Micro Markets at the infancy of our business opportunity in Feb. of 2016. In a very short period of time, late March to be specific, we had succesfully secured and installed his 3 locations at facilities which included both white and blue collar employees. Our CEO, Ryan OKeefe, personally flew out to oversee the installations of each Micro Market. In addition, our location standards, at the time, only required a minimum of 100 employees at any secured facility.
Since that time, and experience, we have increased our foot traffic standards to at least 200 emloyees and white collar employees only. Mr. Kossmans business fails were not on InstaHealthy 100%, as one of his locations did not comply with the agreement of removing their current vending machines and one other failed to mention that they had additional vending for another company who shared their space with them. They were not willing to remove the machines. And the final location had additional vending that they were not willing to remove.
InstaHealthy offered to relocate all equipment for Mr. Kossman, at no cost to Mr. Kossman, increase our standards to at least 150 white collar employees, and even offered to pay Mr. Kossmans ongoing operating expenses until we secured additional locations for him. We were sensitive to his situation and made ourselves available to provide solutions. Mr. Kossman ultimately decided to not continue in business and we respected his decision even though we were willing to follow through on our offered solutions. In the end we even offered, and provided, him contacts locally for other vending companies who may be interested in buying his Micro Markets from him.
Ultimately, it is unfornate that this opportunity did not work out for Mr. Kossman or InstaHealthy but we chose to learn from it and improve upon much since that time over 2 years ago. We are not quite sure what is motivating Mr. Kossman to come to this forum today and welcome a conversation wtih him in any fashion to discuss. No business is perfect, especially as a start up only months since launching back in early 2016 but we are better from the experience and wish nothing but the good will and fortune to Mr. Kossman and his family.
This experience, like many at InstaHealty, allowed us to improve our standards, practices and processes especially in a niche business like Micro Markets. Since then we have developed, created and delivered many succesful businesses and offer up conversations with any of our Partners across the US. Micro Markets today stand to be a very small percentage of our business as Healthy Vending is over 95% of our speciality and we welcome the opportunity to show you how we have learned from adveristy and experience allowing us to deliver succesful businesses across the US.
