I went to this tax service for the RAL, they offered me a 10.00 gift card which I refused, they then went on the Government Web site and pulled my W2's and did my taxes. I told them NOT to do my taxe they also, charged me 400 to do the easy form and they took my State Check. I reported them to the IRS but they did nothing.

PLEASE WRITE TO THE BBB AND THE TEXAS OAG. I have already done all I need to do. There is power in numbers. Report them and I bet you they will get caught up. They filed my taxes without consent and then I was charged over $600 in fees! I told them they counldnt even do what I asked them on MY OWN tax return. I shouldnt have to pay them a dime. Im still trying to get my correct amended tax return because they sent them off early!
