Cliff Richie a salesman there sold me on retaining them to help me with a very serious tax issue. Over 3 months they took all of the schedualed payments and did absolutley nothing. To the poit where thi IRS was at my door wanting to shut my business down! They never contacted the irs once for me and I eventually had to work this put with the IRS on my own. They have a quarantee that they push if they cant help you all moneys will be returned. What a lie. Stay as far away frow this company as you can!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that you feel like you have been "ripped off," which is something we never take lightly at Integrity. If you look back at why we were unable to resolve your situation, as we do guarantee a resolution in writting, it would be the inability of the business owner to stay current or the inability to send the proper information/ forms that the IRS agent is requesting. Often we stick with clients who haven't met the RO requests, pleading with them to help us help them with their situation, but in this case, we are viewed as inept because there wasn't a resolution. Before helping anyone, we always ask qualifying questions and inform clients of the road ahead and what will be needed to ensure we don't fall into a scenario like this, as we take pride in the fact that we aren't like our competition. Unfortunately we are unable to resolve a situation if the business owner or individual is unable to do these things.
