I sent 2 parcels form the UK to Iceland, Interlink came and collected them promptly, very mipressive. However, a few days later the parcels were returned to the origin and they were completely ruined. I contacted customer service and they offered me their kind apologies and no further explanation, no refund, and my parcels are still not where they were supposed to be.

parcel gone missing

UPDATE: when i finally was able to go back to collect the parcels that were returned to the origin i found out that only one of them had been returned, the other one is missing. Nobody in the company seems to be available or willing to resolve the issue. I suspect that the company is not legit.
