PRS called,said I had signed an 8yr contract of which I had only paid for 2 years! Ihad a 24 month contract with IMS and told her so. The "Supervisor I spoke with changed between saying 24 and 36 months of contract and that after my 2yr break from having to pay it was time to finish my contract.I told her I had never had a contract with their company I had been with Int.Mag.Serv. she said oh no that's not OUR name but we are also known as Am.Mag.Serv. to whom I NEVER had a contract of any kind (so how did they get my account info?and link the two accounts together if they were not the same company.)

She began to get demanding a verbally abusive, insisting that I had to finish my contract. What this women does NOT know is I was sent a PAID IN FULL RECEIPT from I.M.S. So I asked her to send me a copy of the "contract" I had signed then she proceeded to scream at me for interrupting her and ask me if I was done every time she said I owed them money I asked for verification of my account with them or told her that was NOT what I had agreed to back when I had dealt I.M.S. then I asked again what she was talking about if they weren't the same company.I finally had to demand a copy of the document and hung up on her. Went and punched all 3 company names into my computer and here I am !!! I WAS told that ALL 3 companies are the same.

Then I called back the company by the number that came up on my caller ID (NO COMPANY NAME) Women who answered never said company name either but I have provided the number for anyone wishing to contact them, and told them to delete my number and account info from their system and if they EVER contacted me again I WOULD BE SUING !!!!

Since I have found articles on this site saying that Premier is a bogus company maybe someone should look into the legal issues here. ?!
