My husband and I both have cases in Ionia County at Friend of the Court. Ms. Wiercks has made up her own rules each time we have gone in there. Transportation: She told me it's 50/50....but in my husbands case said it's the fathers responsibility. My husband has been denied parenting time 8 times with no repercussions for his sons mother. NONE! Just an 'ok' here is your makeup time. She told me that NO appointments or extra curricular activities can take place on father's time and ones on my time need to be approved by dad... But told my husband he must take his son to whatever his mother schedules and it is up to her...no approval needed from dad. My daughters father owes me $6,000 in unpaid medical bills....my step son has Medicaid and his mom hid it from him and was making fake bills to get reimbursement from my husband. No consequences when this was brought to light! My husband was in the hospital and turned his summer week notice in ONE week late. He was told too bad. My daughters father never gave me notice of his summer weeks this year. Instead just kept the girls....after I paid for camp for them. I was told 'Oh well' by the receptionist and have not had any of my messages I left for Erin Randall returned. This is all just a tip of the iceberg. We currently have left 11 voicemails for Erin Randall between the 2 of us in the last 6 months and have not received a phone call back. I know multiple people with cases in other counties that can't believe the stuff we deal with. Someone needs to take a long hard look at this place!
