I purchased the Ionic Zone Digital Water Ozonator in November 2009. Since then I have called and left a message but not received a call back. I am not able to get any of the included hoses connected to the air inlet to use the product to ozonate the water to attach.

No response was received to phone calls, messages and emails which have started bouncing back and the number 800-549-9535 is out of service. I had not checked the product within a reasonable time due to illness there was no recourse through the credit card company to get the charges reversed.
