Isaac Miller is a con-artist. They claim to have the ability to provide working lines of credit of $150K. You pay a $900 up-front fee for the line of credit. Isaac had one excuse after the other. Isaac does not return calls and basically just took the $900 and did nothing. DO NOT FALL FOR HIS SCAM.
