I was listening to Dr. Adell's radio show on WSYR radio in Syracuse, on Sunday July 22, 2007. He made some interesting comments about Kevin which were very truthful, so you may want to keep these comments in mind in the future.
1. According to Dr. Adell, Kevin is PROHIBITED UNDER US GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS FROM SELLING ANY PRODUCT DUE TO PAST FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND HE ALSO HAS SPENT TIME IN JAIL FOR PREVIOUS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.
2. TAKE ANY CLAIM THAT THIS GUY MAKES WITH A LARGE GRAIN OF SALT, WHILE KEVIN HAS USED VERY GOOD PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING TECHNIQUES HE IS NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR AND HAS NO CREDIBILITY ACCORDING TO DR. ADELL.
3. IN THE FUTURE, KEEP IN MIND THAT FDA REGULATIONS ALLOW WILD UNPROVEN SCIENTIFIC CLAIMS ON SUPPLEMENTS AS WELL AS A STATEMENT SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT CURE ANY DISEASE ETC.
4. WHILE I REALIZE THAT THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE LESSON, YOU COULD TURN KEVIN INTO THE US GOVERNMENT FOR VIOLATION OF THE GOVERNMENT'S RULES BECAUSE HE SOLD YOU THE BOOK. A BOOK IS A PRODUCT SO YOU MAY WANT TO NAIL KEVIN THAT WAY. I'M QUITE CERTAIN IF YOU DO A GOOGLE SEARCH ON KEVIN YOU WILL FIND MUCH MORE MATERIAL ON THIS MAN AND HIS BOGUS CLAIMS AND SALES TACTICS.
