I ordered a free CD from them for $1.95 shipping only.
Last week I receives an automated phone call from then
telling me that I would receive no further charges if I call this # 1-866-514-6023. I called that number 5 times and was put on hold all 5 times, then hung up on.
They then charged $39.90 to my credit card.

I called them several times, told to leave a message, then told the mail box full. Finally I got another number from their automated system and got a person who spoke very poor English and refused to refund my
$39.90. I was told he canceled the order but refused to refund my money. Since I made no further order, I want my money back.
