J9 motors; Rashad Jazairy I have never been so disused with an auto dealer. This purchase has deeply scared me for life. During my ebay transactions and emails with Mr Rashad Jasairy he asured me this 2008 bmw 528i was in excellent condition however. once I received this vehicle the engine was cover with oil, oil spilled out of parts on engine, no heated seat as advertised, large dent on rear passage side and vehicle had exceptional amount of a pet hair, small of grabage. All hoses and belts on front of engine was saturated with oil. Houston Texas

Willis purchased a vehicle from us on ebay. We advised him the vehicle was sold as-is where is and we reccomended for him to get a 3rd party inspector to inspect the BMW 528i before purchase. He declined to pay for the inspection. He also declined to pay for us to file for taxes and title application stating "I know what I am doing, I will get it done myself" We again advised him to at least get a pre-purchase inspection as BMWs in general are finnecky and require certain attention. Yet he refused. He also refused to get an extended warranty or even inspect the car for himself in person. It was mind boggling to us, but he really wanted the car and once he got it, the complaints started. We told him you purchased it as-is, you failed to look at it and you signed all the paperwork without ever seeing the car!! Mind boggling indeed. You can't teach ignorance apparantly.

You send your money off to somebody you don't know to buy some dumb USED CAR you've never seen, test driven or checked out. Additionally, its for a used car which is a well known and well documented money pit! Your "vast wisdom" applied to making this purchase is via pictures on the internet, a voice on the end of a phone and words printed on a computer screen.
