Your rebuttal is  full of lies showing your have reprehensible character and definitely no black belt.  noone offered to pay you less on any price; you are fabricating statements like the scum you are....as far as your blood or bloodline, you are a disgrace to society and now everyone know's about your bloodline.  My handwriting is perfectly legible and your employees are overly sensitive, rude unprofessional degenerates that retaliate w/ petty spellings of names as sarcastic insults.  you won't get away w/ slandering my name and making up scenarios and statements that never even occured.  you'll be sued as well.....

regarding the scenario i came in with; PUBLIC BE NOTIFIED THIS GUY CAN'T EVEN PAY ATTENTION TO THE MOST BASIC SENTENCES WHILE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS AS ALMOST EVERYTHING HE SAID WASN'T EVEN IN  ANY CONVERSATION THAT OCCURED ON THIS EARTH.  I KNOW 3 OTHER PEOPLE THAT USED THIS SHOP AND HAD HORRIFIC SERVICE AS WELL.

WHILE I WAS THERE I ALSO SAW ONE OF THE MECHANICS DROPPING KEYS ON TOP OF SOMEONE ELSES CAR AND SCRATCHING HIS PAINT.  THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT GREET YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE....THERE IS NOT EVEN AN OFFICE WITH PEOPLE....YOU HAVE TO WALK AROUND OUTSIDE TO FIND AN OFFICE.  WHEN YOU DO FIND THE OFFICE, ALL THE EMPLOYEES GIVE A BLANK, DEGENERATE STARE LIKE THEY ARE GAZING INTO A WALL.

I ALSO WITNESSED OTHER EMPLOYEES SAYING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THINGS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS STANDING CLOSE TO ME.

First off, the review you wrote is not only unjust but with false statements as well. You brought your vehicle in complaining of the battery lamp on in your dash, which at the time of testing  the lamp was off. We used a Snap- on DTAC machine which is state of the art equipment, operated by a tech with over thirty years in the field. Your alternator tested good at the time, however we suggested that more then likely it was failing and recommended replacement, based on the intermittent battery light on in your dash. You did not accept the price of parts and labor quoted which was fair, and counter offered to pay less which we refused. You were charged a very nominal fee and sent on your way.  As far as your name being spelt wrong, if was very difficult to read your writing, we don't intentially spell peoples names wrong.. Now for the part that makes my blood boil, providing false statements about sexual favors performed by our emplyees, is not only false but, outright slander as well. Why you state that is reprehenbsible and only reveals what your character is about. Our business has on average five star reviews, we did not get them from providing poor service. You should in good conscience remove this undeserving review.
