JAI Appleseeds Reward Deducted $1.95 from my credit card in December 2011 and deducted $14.95 from my credit card every month from January 2012 until I discovered the scam in October 2012. Internet, Massachusetts

In December 2011 JAI Appleseeds Rewards deducted $1.95 from my credit card unbeknownst to me. Then $14.95 was automatically deducted from my credit card every month starting in January 2012 until I finally noticed the scam yesterday which was October 22, 2012. I never authorized this nor signed anything giving them permission to do this.
