I placed an online order for a aviation gps for a Christmas gift on 11/24/12. I still have not recieved the merchandise 21 days later. I have called (left messages--no one answers) and e-mailed daily and have gotten no response. I have since found out from the Better Business Bureau that there have been 12 complaints against this company, several for non-delivery.
