What this guy does is complete bait and switch. He says he will provide deep expertise about why, for example, Google AdWords is no longer working driving clicks AND what you get is a 1.5 page sales proposal of all things he do can do to help you. NICE work if you can get it. Getting paid to write a canned sales proposal!
